Depending on the application, the material formulation allows the product to be injected into the defect.
Once mixed and implanted, the material is set in just 2 minutes, at which time drilling to install fixation hardware can occur.
Studies have shown this material has significantly greater adhesive properties than competitive material calcium phosphate.
The material remains radiopaque in x-rays so the rate of remodeling progress can be assessed.
